Fast pumpkin and carrot soup

Preparation time about 10 minutes and cooking time about 20 minutes.It takes minutes to make a chunky, full-of-flavour and satisfying pot of soup. If this too spicy for kids then you probably use a can of plain chopped tomatoes instead of the can of spiced tomatoes.
Here what you need for preparation.
5 mushrooms; 1 onion chopped; 2 cloves garlic; 500 grams of diced pumpkin; 1 can spiced tomatoes; 1.5 litters of chicken stock; 300 grams of ready-grated carrots; ½ cup red lentils, rinsed and drained sea salt and milled pepper to taste.
For serving
Coriander leaves, ready-made croutons.
Everything goes into the pot at once - the mushrooms; onion chopped, garlic, pumpkin, tomatoes, chicken stock, carrot and lentils. Simmer together for about 20 minutes or until the pumpkin is very soft. Blend the soup in a blender until smooth and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Pass the croutons.
