How To Improve You Sex Life?

Girl to GirlMany of women say they want to improve their sex life this year, so why not start by taking the stress out of it?

Work, family, bills, friends, study, gym - there are so many things you need to worry about every day. And then there's your sex life on top of that! You might pretend it doesn't bother you, but STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections), pregnancy and your sexual health can play on your mind without you even realizing it. How about if we told you that you could remove the sex stress factor for good? And it only takes four easy steps.

Decide yourself: A staggering 57 per cent of women wait for their partner to decide what kind of contraception they'll use. Just because he doesn't like the feel of a condom doesn't mean you have to do without one. It's your body and just as much your choice.

Take pregnancy out of the equation: Sexually active? Then talk to your GP about contraception. Don't just wait till you're with a regular partner to consider this. If you're having sex, you're at risk of getting pregnant. Not only does the Pill offer great protection against pregnancy, it could also help heavy or painful periods, and improve your skin.

Cut STI stress: Ever had unprotected sex? One night of action has the ability to turn into days of agony and regret. If you have, you're not alone. 77 per cent of women have admitted to sex minus a condom. But using one is the best way to decrease your chance of STIs, so what's the point in risking your health when it only takes five seconds to put one on?

Arm yourself with some knowledge: The only way to really eliminate stress is to know what you're up against, so get online and Google your heart out!
