New Year is almost upon us, this mean party time for most of us, going out celebrating the coming of the New Year. When you're celebrating it's easy to knock back more drinks than usual. Which is most of the time not that good idea, drinking more alcohol then you are used to can get you in dangerous situations. Here's how to avoid the booze blowout, with still enjoying the fun. When selecting drinks go for something you are familiar with, if you normally drink Spy Classic (cooled wine drinks) go for the same or something similar. Red wine with some Sprite makes a good alternative for Spy Classic drinks.
For more fancy parties opt for bubbly, Champagne usually comes in smaller glasses and the bubbles make you feel full. Another option is to mix white wine with soda water - it'll make it last twice as long and halve the kilojoules. Watch out for huge wine glasses, the shape of the class can fool you - you may be drinking close to half a bottle.
Bottled premixed drinks are loaded with sugar. If you like the fruity flavor, add a dash of cordial or fruit juice to a class of wine and finish the class with some soda water.
After you comes home, try to drink some mineral water, as alcohol dehydrates the body and your facial skin is first affected by this, I recommend using a moisturizing cream before sleeping.
