1. Sit in a comfortable position on your office chair or on the floor.
2. Life your right arm above the head and bend at the elbow. Drop your hand behind the back and reach behind the shoulder blades.
3. Reach behind the back with your left hand, and if you can, clasp the right hand. If you can't reach, use a towel to bridge the gap.
4. Hold for one minute.
Neck Circles
1. Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Relax the neck and let your head tilt down towards the left shoulder.
3. Inhale and gently roll your head towards the back, slowly continue rolling the head towards the left shoulder.
4. Exhale and let your chin roll down towards the chest, and then back to the right shoulder again. Do this five times in each direction, and then repeat in the other direction.
