Any rose that hasn't been sprayed with pesticides or fungicides and that has had all the bugs and beetles washed off is fine to eat. Pick buds that are just opening in the cool of the morning. Stems can be placed in a little wet cotton wool and wrapped in foil to keep them perky for longer. |
