My daughter want to be a vegetarian. How can I make sure she gets all the necessary nutrients in her diet?

A well-constructed eating plan is a good place to start teaching your daughter about being a vegetarian. Allow her to make the transition over a few months, so it's not such an big change for her or you. She'll need to learn about complementary proteins and the importance of blending certain foods together to obtain all the essential amino acids needed for growth.
There are some great books to assist you and you could see a nutritionist or dietitian to help create a menu plan.
